Starting in 2014 with a very ambitious vision by Guildford Borough Council to use a derelict site behind the high street for a temporary Guildford Pop Up Village.
Takeaways from this project were that it was too ambitious and required further backup and support with regards to media and marketing and is the reason why The Pop Up Shop Agents have extended their services to include a full service offering from the ground upwards with an empty unit or in this case, an empty site, through to licensing, legal, development and building, recruiting sellers/entrepreneurs, recruiting shop managers, social media, branding, marketing, PR and takedown.
