Swan Walk
Shopping Centre
Brief; 2 weeks pop-up shop in an empty unit to help draw footfall and promote local business.

Cranleigh Arts Festival
Brief; 3-week pop-up. A colourful, diverse range of local products and biz for the main gallery area.

Guildford Pop-Up Village
Brief; Initial 4-month consultancy explaining pop-up and options before Guildford Borough Council launched an ambitious 1.5m project, using wasteland to the west of the town centre for a period of 2 years until a new car park and shopping centre could be built.
PR was also optioned for launch day which resulted in BBC coverage.

Tunsgate Square
Shopping Centre
Brief; 6 weeks Christmas pop-up to help rejuvenate the central shopping centre area and promote small business.

Pop Up Gatwick
The Brief; 2-day luxury street market-style pop-up celebrating local and international trade. PR resulted in local radio coverage.

The Orchards
Shopping Centre
The Brief; 3 weeks pop up to help promote and rejuvenate the central area of the shopping centre and promote local business.

Pop Up Horsham
The Brief; 7-month pop-up celebrating local business and helping to draw customers to a lower traffic area of the centre, whilst offering business support to sellers in-store. PR resulted in BBC coverage.

Pop Up Tesco
The Brief; 3 weeks festive pop-up in an unused vacant area in front of Tesco in Broadbridge Heath.

Pop Up Horsham
The Brief; 3-month pop up shop, pop up events, and incubator training hub to help promote the town, draw footfall and celebrate small biz post-Covid.
Encapsulating everything learnt from previous projects this was a team effort by the Pop Up Shop Agents partnering with HDC.
This project was covered by BBC The One Show.

Pop Up Leatherhead
Initially set up as a 3-month retail incubator hub providing retail pop-up space as well as business support and mentoring for local small businesses and entrepreneurs.
This pop-up shop, supported by Mole Valley District Council, and delivered by The Pop Up Shop Agents was then extended by one year until March 2023 and received national radio and television coverage.
Sellers in-store also received the opportunity to attend Spring Fair 2023 as guest speakers with The Pop-Up Shop Agents.
