We are on a Brand New Mission

The Pop Up Shop Agents have always had a simple mission: to support small businesses, entrepreneurs, and start-ups with the opportunity to dip their toe into high street retail by providing affordable pop-up spaces in their local area.

The Pop Up Shop Agents’ vision was not only to identify but also to develop and transform unused retail units to add commercial value by utilising neglected or unused shops into a branded, vibrant retail asset within a community, and at the same time, we supported and nurtured local entrepreneurs by providing the platform to grow their business without a huge financial cost.

A unique, proven three-month incubator hub was created to provide business training, mentoring, and workshops alongside a creative physical shopping experience to rejuvenate your high street. The hub has proven to form a strong community of local entrepreneurs who gained the confidence to sell online and offline thanks to our QR code option in-store. Repeat customers strengthened footfall, and an empty unit was transformed into a viable long-term proposition, often attracting a top-tier lease once the pop-up hub has finished. Retailers going through our programme went on to take their own spaces on their local high street and rent local studios or workshop spaces, thus breathing new life into an area that may otherwise have been forgotten.

Ranked 11th place in Top 25 Top UK Retail Influencers, female founders, Charley and Laura bring a solid breadth of experience and a wealth of knowledge in the Pop Up Shop retail industry. They are passionate about creating opportunities which are not just city centric, but focused on the towns, villages and smaller creative communities across the UK.

Our extensive portfolio includes working with local authorities and businesses to create and deliver strategies, including the offering of our retail hubs which include 1-2-1 business mentoring and support, workshops, and access to business grants, social media, and marketing and branding.
